Sompin Lika Wrangler is an own daughter of Rocket Wrangler and half sister to the legendary AQHA “Dash For Cash.”  “Rocket” is the result of a leading edge first time embryo transfer in the late 80s.  Rocket was born and raised out of the same program that produced the immortal Jet Deck.  She was the last foal born on this ranch in 1987.

We decided to purchase Sompin Lika Wrangler to add some size, speed and a remarkable pedigree to Clayboy's program.  She fits perfectly for what we look for in a mare ~ pedigree, confirmation, and a temperament suitable for children.  Fans of the popular "Legends" books will love looking into this mare's pedigree ~ its complete with some of our favorite legends.

We were so excited over this mare and her bloodline we also purchased her 2004 filly,Tangys C Moon.

She is a proven producer of barrel racers. Below is a video link to her gelding ~ Sompin Lika Nu Cash ~ barrel racing:

Rocket possesses a pedigree that is truly special for racing and performance fans, and for those who appreciate racing history and royalty.  She has many AQHA legends on her pedigree that are recognized in the AQHA Hall of Fame.  Below is a complete listing of accomplishments of her ancestors.

Within Rocket’s 3 Generation pedigree you will find 4 Horses inducted into the AQHA Hall of Fame: Rocket Bar, Go Man Go, Three Bars and Jet Deck.  We have included a brief desciption of the accomplishments of her ancestors within her 3 generation pedigree below:

When crossed with running bred mares, Clayboy produces amazing foals.  We feel this cross will be a special one.  When we decided to purchase this big mare, our decision was based on her size and pedigree.  When she came home we were delighted with her sweet disposition and gentle nature ~ she is an absolute doll to work with, so much so that we trust her with our 6 year old daughter.
